Returns & Refunds

At Mahroo, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be delighted with every purchase.

If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 7 days of receiving it. You can always return an item if it is defective or incorrectly sent.

Please note that for discounted products, we offer an exchange-only policy and do not accept returns.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Order Cancellation & Liability
Mahroo reserves the right to cancel any order at any given time due to any circumstances. Mahroo shall not be held liable for any shipment delay or cancellation due to any circumstances beyond its control.


(Exchanges, if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via WhatsApp at +92 319 1839 495.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 2,500/-, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
