DELIVERY TIME

We at Mahroo aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours once the order is confirmed.
You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.
The estimated average delivery time across Pakistan is 2 to 4 working days.
During sale or any event delivery time may exceed due to high volume.

DELIVERY CHARGES

We offer Free Delivery for all the orders above Rs.3,500 within Pakistan.
Rs.99 will be charged for orders below Rs. 3,500.
Charges for all International delivery vary from country to country depending upon city, state, country, and locality. To calculate shipment charges, you can select any product and checkout with your delivery address to calculate the estimated delivery charges (doesn’t include any taxes & duties).
Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes & duties and will be the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable duties or fees will be collected at the time of order delivery by the courier.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Your order's tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS once it has been dispatched. You can track your order on the relevant courier's website, which is provided on your WhatsApp message. If you do not receive any tracking updates, please contact us at +92 319 1839 495 on WhatsApp. M & C cannot be held responsible for late delivery or collection by third-party postal/courier companies.
